prior to eating if possible) to:
Good for everyone unless high Pitta (symptoms of heat: acid indigestion, burning in the stomach, anger, red-hot rashes, high blood pressure, doesn't like spicy food) Ingredients
Method Grate the ginger using a small grater or ginger grater. Add an equal quantity of honey, some lemon juice, pinch of salt. Mix in a small bowl. Take a tsp or so before meals. Store in fridge for a day or two. Quickies! If you are busy, you can simply chew on a couple of
slices of root ginger, with a little honey. If lemons are handy, take
a very thin slice and suck out the juice, adding a pinch of salt. Grating
